ATI recently introduces its all new GPU architecture Cypress XT core by launching the ATI FirePro v8800 for workstation graphics.Featuring 2GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 1.15GHz ,inside v8800 it has 1,600 stream (visual processing) cores and 825MHz core clock speed ,though its memory is with 147.2GB per second but still leading with its bandwidth of any single-chip workstation card.
